Brunch is available from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm

  • Fruit juice, coffee and tea, hot and cold milk drinks
  • Bread selection: Zopf (braided loaf), Gipfeli (croissant), Brötli (bread roll)
  • Butter and jam, honey, cheese board, meats and sausage
  • Bircher muesli, fruit salad, yoghurt, breakfast cereals, dried fruit
  • Smoked fish platter, scrambled eggs with bacon
  • Braised beef with a red wine jus, potato gratin and vegetables
  • Sweet desserts
